When a customer (name on the order) places an order, we will do business with you under the following terms.

Ordering
- All the orders are subject to the availability of products, our approval and acceptance.
- By making a purchase i.e., placing an order on our website or via calling to our sales number or by other provided methods. You are making an offer to purchase product/products selected by you, in the order details. The payment processing and acknowledgment of your orders(including sending you the order confirmation email confirming the order placement/processing status and assigning an order number to your order) do not constitute any legal acceptance of your order. Our approval of your order will take place when we initiate the dispatch of the products to you, then only a contract will be created between you and us.
- If we are unable to accept your order, we will update you on this. This might happen if any product is out of stock, unexpected limit on our products if we have come across an error in the price or in any other details of the product description if we are unable to authorise your request or you do not meet the eligibility criteria based upon our Terms and Conditions
- We only sell our products in the United Kingdom. We promote our website solely in UK. We might not accept orders from addresses outside the UK.
Prices and Payments
- The prices of the product (including VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. Our VAT number is GB327236215. We take proper care to ensure that the prices of the products advised to you are correct. However, please study the paragraph on what happens if we identify an error in the price of any products you order below.
- If the VAT charges change between the date of your order and the date we dispatch the product, we will modify the VAT rate that you’ve paid. Unless you have already paid for the product in full before the VAT rate change takes place.
- We offer promotional prices on select products occasionally. You must enter the relevant promotional code when placing an order on promotional products. Otherwise, you may be charged full price.
- It is always possible that even after our effort, some of the products we sell may be priced incorrectly. We will usually check the prices before accepting the order. If such a case occurs at our discretion, we will either contact you for instructions or reject the order (notifying you of the occurrence of rejection).
- We accept payments with most of the major debit/credit cards which are securely processed online using Super Payments, check Super Payments privacy policy here . You have to pay for price of the products, additional delivery charges, before we dispatch your order. We well charge your debit/credit cards when you complete the order with us.
- By using the credit/debit card to pay for your order you confirm that the card used in the payment process, the card is yours (you own it) or that you are authorised to use it. By using PayPal for payments, you confirm that the PayPal account is yours (you on it) or you are authorised to use it.
- If you are a business you must pay full amounts to us under the Terms and Conditions in full without any deduction, withholding, set-off and counterclaim. You are obligated to pay full amounts due to us, if you are a business.
- The Dispatch details, notifications are sent by email. Invoices are emailed when the products are dispatched.
Liability
Unless it is specifically discussed and agreed in writing any delivery times with the buyer, Seller will not be liable to the Buyer for any loss or damage (whether it’s a direct/ indirect/ or consequential) sustained by the Buyer as a result of the Company’s failure to comply with the delivery times.Seller will not be liable for any loss or damages that may have occurred due to any liquid or non-liquid products causing loss or damages to the buyer through mishandling. Buyer must take full care in handling products especially liquid items.
We are not responsible for any loss that may have been incurred using the products sold by Perfect2Trade. Any concerns about the product or its performance must be discussed with the manufacturer for an appropriate response and resolution. Perfect2Trade will not be liable for any losses.

By purchasing from Perfect2trade you acknowledge that you’re aware of all heath and safety requirements relating to the products and their application. By purchasing products from us you take full liability for the consequences of your actions and acknowledge that Perfect2trade are not obliged to report any misuse or abuse of the products purchased.
